Promat - fireproof glass Promat Systemglas
Price on request
Promat SYSTEMGLAS is a multilayer fireproof glass. At high temperatures, the swelling layers between the glass panes create effective thermal insulation. This means that, in addition to maintaining the fire tightness criterion, the condition of fire insulation of the glazed element is met. This prevents the spread of fire due to heat radiation (fire formation on the other side of the partition).
- as a multilayer glass it is safety glass
- when the glass breaks, the fragments of the outer pane stick to the gel layer inside. There are no loose chips with sharp edges. Requirements PN-EN 357: 2005, PN-EN 2150-1: 2002, PN-EN ISO 12543-2: 2011
Wherever the condition of light transmission and visibility must be combined with fire protection requirements.
Properties regarding safety of use
Promat SYSTEMGLAS meets the following safety conditions:
- as a multilayer glass it is safety glass. When the glass breaks, the fragments of the outer pane stick to the gel layer inside. No loose chips with sharp edges are formed;
- requirements of PN-EN 357: 2005, PN-EN 2150-1: 2002, PN-EN ISO 12543-2: 2011
Type of glass
Depending on the glass structure, workmanship, U-factor and light transmission, its scope of application (inside or outside) results. For external as well as internal use, where increased intensity of solar or ultraviolet radiation may occur, use Promat SYSTEMGLAS Type 3 or 5. The external side of the glass must be facing the light source (a stamp or sticker show the inside of the glass). The tables contain a list of types in Promat SYSTEMGLAS glass.
